Orders and Acceptance - All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. - We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. - Order confirmation does not guarantee availability; we will notify you if an item is out of stock. 2. Pricing and Payment - All prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirham) and include VAT where applicable. - We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. - Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, cash on delivery, and online payment (where available). - Orders will be processed upon receipt of confirmed payment (for bank transfers). 3. Delivery - We deliver across all 7 UAE emirates. - Standard delivery time is 24–48 hours within UAE city limits. - Free delivery may apply on orders above a specified threshold (see checkout for details). - Delivery charges may apply on orders below the threshold or to remote areas. 4. Returns and Refunds - Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. - Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. - Certain items (opened consumables) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons. 5. Product Warranty - Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer. - Compatible and remanufactured products carry their own warranty as specified on the product page. - We are not liable for damage caused by improper use or installation. 6. Intellectual Property - All content on this website (logos, text, images, design) is the property of Cartridge Toner Hub and may not be reproduced without permission. 7. Limitation of Liability - We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. - Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. 8.
